Malaysia-Hong Kong film pact to boost regional cooperation

KUALA LUMPUR, May 13 — The memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Malaysian filmmaking firm Skop Productions and Hong Kong’s Mandarin Motion Pictures has been deemed a strategic move in strengthening regional film cooperation.

22 production companies receive FINAS incentive of almost RM2mln

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 14 — The National Film Development Corporation Malaysia (Finas) today handed over Feature Film Screening Incentive 2.0 (ITFC 2.0) totalling almost RM2 million to 22 production companies.
